Print it right

Need your QR code on flyers, menus or signs?

Snowball Media & Advertising has printed for Edmonton businesses since 1998. Flyers, menus, business cards, window decals, yard signs and vehicle graphics. We'll check your code scans before anything goes to press.

For Snobot clients

Track every scan. Change the link anytime.

Trackable QR codes show how many people scanned, when and where. You can change where the code goes even after it's printed.

FAQ

QR code questions.

Do these QR codes expire?

No. These are static QR codes. They work forever, as long as the link or information inside them still works.

Can I use them for my business?

Yes. They're free for personal and commercial use, with no sign-up and no watermark.

Is my information private?

Yes. Your QR code is made inside your own browser. Wi-Fi passwords, contact details and logos are never sent to our server.

How big should I print my QR code?

Print it at least 2 cm (0.8 in) wide. For codes scanned from far away, make the code about one tenth of the scanning distance. A code scanned from 1 metre should be about 10 cm wide.

Which file should I use for printing?

Use SVG for print shops and designers because it stays sharp at any size. Use PNG at 2048 px or larger for Word, Canva and social media.

Can I track scans or change the link after printing?

Not with free static codes. Trackable, editable QR codes are available for Snobot clients. Contact us to set them up.
